How Our Service Works
Sentry Solar provides professional solar service and maintenance for residential and commercial photovoltaic systems across Georgia. Every visit includes: (1) Scheduling — confirmed within 1 business day; (2) Mobilization — a $99 roll-out fee applies to every visit; (3) On-Site Diagnostic — a standard 1-hour assessment; (4) Service & Repair — labor billed at $120/hr in 30-minute increments, with any work beyond scope presented as a written quote before proceeding; (5) Completion & Payment — payment is due upon completion of each visit.
Standard Service & Maintenance Rates
- • Roll-out / Mobilization Fee — $99 flat per visit
- • Labor Rate — $120/hr, billed in 30-min increments (1-hour diagnostic minimum)
- • Travel within 60 miles — No charge
- • Travel beyond 60 miles — $1.00/mile
- • Parts & Materials — Cost + 15%
All additional services (panel cleaning, drone imaging, generator port installation, system upgrades) are not included in the standard rate schedule and require a written quote approved by the customer before work begins.
Payment Policy & Consequences of Non-Payment
Payment in full is due upon completion of each service visit. Invoices unpaid after 30 days accrue a 1.5% monthly late fee. Accounts delinquent beyond 60 days may be referred to a collections agency and/or subject to civil legal action to recover the full balance owed, including accrued late fees, court costs, and reasonable attorney's fees as permitted by applicable Georgia law.
Terms & Conditions
- 1. Scope of Work — Final scope is confirmed on-site. Work beyond standard service requires a written change order approved by the customer.
- 2. Rates & Billing — Per the rate schedule above; additional services quoted separately in writing.
- 3. Payment Terms — Due upon completion; late fees and collections/legal action apply per the policy above.
- 4. Cancellation Policy — Cancellations/reschedules with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to the $99 roll-out fee if a technician has already been dispatched.
- 5. Warranty — All labor is warranted for 90 days from the service date, excluding pre-existing conditions, weather damage, acts of nature, or third-party modifications.
- 6. Access & Safety — Customer must provide safe, unobstructed access to the system, roof, and electrical panel. Technicians are licensed, insured, and OSHA-compliant.
- 7. Limitation of Liability — Company liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service rendered; no liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- 8. Electronic Signature — The customer acknowledges that their typed name below constitutes a legally binding electronic signature under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN, 15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq.) and the Georgia Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (O.C.G.A. § 10-12-1 et seq.), and carries the same legal weight as a handwritten signature.

By signing below, you (the customer) enter into a legally binding contract with Sentry Solar LLC. Your signature constitutes your binding agreement to pay in full for all services rendered at the rates stated above, and authorizes Sentry Solar LLC to perform the requested service. You acknowledge that failure to pay may result in late fees, collections, and civil legal action under Georgia law.
By typing your full legal name below, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this entire contract — including the rate schedule, payment policy, terms and conditions, and payment authorization stated herein.
Your typed signature and initials constitute a legally binding electronic signature under federal E-SIGN law and Georgia's Uniform Electronic Transactions Act. A copy of this signed contract will be retained by Sentry Solar LLC and provided upon request. Sentry Solar LLC | Georgia Licensed & Insured.
