This document and its supplements represent the full agreement between the parties. No other oral or written promises apply unless formally amended in writing and signed by both parties.

Customer is solely responsible for researching and filing for tax credits, rebates, or utility programs. Sentry Solar may assist in providing information, but the responsibility for filing and compliance remains entirely with Customer.

Paragraph titles and headings are included for convenience and reference only and are not legally controlling in the interpretation of this agreement.

"Customer" includes any Joint Customer listed on the contract. Each party listed as Customer may act on behalf of the other unless both signatures are expressly required by Sentry Solar LLC.

Jobsite conditions may necessitate minor dimensional or material changes from those described. Customer is responsible for any code-mandated upgrades required during the course of the project. Any requested changes must be made in writing and may result in an increase in the contract price.

Once materials or labor have been delivered to the property, the risk of loss passes to Customer, except to the extent covered by Sentry Solar's limited warranty described herein.

Customer warrants property ownership (or legal authority to authorize work), that the property is in good condition, and that there are no hidden issues including structural deficiencies, pest damage, or existing code violations. If hidden issues are discovered, work may require additional cost, contract termination, or Customer correction before work may continue.

Manufacturer warranties apply to all materials as provided by the respective manufacturers. Damage resulting from weather, neglect, misuse, or conditions outside Sentry Solar's control is excluded from all warranties. Certain materials including wood, concrete, and discontinued colors are not fully covered under warranty. Workmanship warranty shall be valid for one (1) year from the date of project completion.

Sentry Solar LLC shall not be held liable for delays caused by Customer, severe weather, labor shortages, acts of God, government action, supply chain disruption, or any other events beyond its reasonable control.

If utility interconnection is not approved by the applicable utility provider, Customer's deposit is refundable minus $1,500.00 for document preparation costs. Note: No interconnection will be required for solar removal and reinstallation projects under this agreement.

If Customer breaches this agreement, liquidated damages shall include the full list price of all materials and labor, plus all costs of collection and attorney's fees (30%). Sentry Solar LLC reserves the right to remove installed materials after ten (10) days' written notice if payment remains outstanding.

All disputes arising under or related to this agreement must be settled through mediation and/or binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia; venue and jurisdiction shall be in Hall County, Georgia.

Sentry Solar LLC does not provide in-house financing. If Customer obtains third-party financing, Customer must complete all required lender documentation. Any assistance provided by Sentry Solar in facilitating financing does not in any way waive Customer's obligation to remit full payment upon project completion.

In the event Sentry Solar LLC causes incidental property damage in the course of performing contracted work, liability is limited to the reasonable cost of repair, replacement, or a manufacturer-approved touch-up of the affected area.

Failure to remit payment, submission of false statements, insolvency, or material breach of any term of this agreement constitutes an event of default. Upon default, all unpaid balances become immediately due and payable in full.

Customer authorizes Sentry Solar LLC to review Customer's credit history for a period of up to ten (10) years for the purpose of verifying ability to pay. Sentry Solar reserves the right to rescind this contract if creditworthiness is deemed insufficient at its sole discretion.

Except as expressly described in this agreement, no other warranties, express or implied, shall apply to any work or materials provided by Sentry Solar LLC. All remedies available to Customer are limited solely to those described herein. Sentry Solar LLC shall not be liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this agreement.
